The See Melbourne & Beyond Attractions Pass from New South Wales-based Australian company Smartvisit Solutions is a pre-paid, inclusive attractions pass that’s good for admission to more than 35 attractions in and around the city. Available in 2-, 3-, and 7-day cards, it features attractions for visitors of all ages and interests.
Prices start at $AU 135.00 for a 3-day adult card, or $AU 95.00 for a 3-day child’s card, which is good for ages 4 to 15. The card is also available “with transport” for
$25 more, which is good for a Zone 1 Metcard for the length of your See Melbourne pass. This gives you unlimited rides on trains, trams, and buses in the city center and inner suburbs.
Cultural and historic attractions include a guided tour the Royal Exhibition buildings, a restored 1880s exhibition building, a tour of the famous Melbourne Cricket Ground, and a tour of the dramatic Arts Centre, home to the Melbourne Opera.
If you’re traveling with kids, you’ll love places like the hands-on Scienceworks and the Melbourne Planetarium, the Melbourne Aquarium, and the Werribee Park Open Range Zoo.
You have 12 months from the date of purchase to activate your See Melbourne pass, which is then valid for the number of consecutive calendar days that you’ve purchased.
SPECIAL NOTE: The See Melbourne Card is no longer offered. We suggest you try the Flexi Attractions Pass , Melbourne Days Tours Combo or Unlimited Attractions Pass from iVenture Melbourne.

What’s Good?
The See Melbourne pass comes with a color-coded guidebook that will help you plan your itinerary around the island.
You only have to visit two attractions per day to realize savings on your card, so you won’t have to race to visit everything to feel like you’re getting your money’s worth.
What Could get better?
Many attractions are located in the suburbs, so visitors relying on public transportation may have a hard time getting enough value from the card, as their travel time will be much longer.
Neither the popular Ice Lounge nor the Luna Park amusement park is part of the See Melbourne pass.
All sales are final and there are no refunds, even if you never activate your card.
Get Your Money’s Worth
The company offers group discounts, so you may be able to save even more if you’re purchasing more than $AU 1,000.00 worth of passes for a group.
The Melbourne Aquarium (normally a $AU 31.50 admission fee), and the Werribee Park Open Range Zoo (normally $AU 22.00) are both excellent values.
