Get a peek at the glitz and glamour of Tinseltown with the Hollywood CityPASS. For only $59 ($39 for kids), you can get a pre-paid booklet of tickets to several great Hollywood attractions. You can go to the Starline Tours of Hollywood, the Redline Behind-the-Scenes Tour, and Madame Tussaud’s where you can get up close and personal with the hottest celebrities—or at least remarkable likenesses. You can also pick a bonus attraction: the Kodak Theater Guided Tour (where the Oscars are held) or the Hollywood Museum. The pass gives you more than 40% off regular admission prices, and you have 9 days to use the pass so you don’t have to squeeze everything in to just two or three days.
NOTE: CityPass has stopped selling the Hollywood CityPASS but still has great products in Cities across the united States and Canada.

What’s Good?
You can skip the lines at most attractions with a CityPASS.
All three of the tours originate in the same block of Hollywood Boulevard so it’s easy to plan your itinerary.
The Red Line tour is a walking tour where each participant gets a headset so you can hear your tour guide over city noise. It’s about 75 minutes of leisurely walking.
What Could get better?
Three of the five possible attractions are all tours. If you prefer exploring at your own pace, you may not find the City Pass to be the best choice.
Most tours and venues close before 5 pm.
Tipping is encouraged (some reviewers felt pressured) on some of the group tours.
Get Your Money’s Worth
Although you can only choose one of the bonus locations, your CityPASS does entitle you to discounted admission at the second location.
If you want a more in-depth tour of Los Angeles, CityPASS holders can upgrade to the Starline Tours Deluxe Grand Tour for $10. They also validate parking at the Hollywood & Highland Center garage.
Insider Tips
The Hollywood Museum will appeal most to visitors who like classic Hollywood and old movies. There is plenty of contemporary movie memorabilia, but the collection from the golden age of Hollywood is the best.
The Kodak Theater is closed to the public for nearly a month before the Academy Awards in March.
Bring a camera for Madame Tussaud’s, as hob-nobbing with the “celebrities” is encouraged.
