The San Francisco WharfPass gives you admission to your five activities and tours in and around San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf for one discount price. The WharfPass is good for 24 hours, and represents a savings of over $25. One adult WharfPass is only $69—individually the attractions can cost much more.

Tours include an open top double decker tour from CitySightseeing, a duckboat tour, a cable car tour, a Grey Line trolley tour, and three others. Choose from a Bay cruise with the Red and White fleet or the Blue & Gold Fleet, or upgrade to a tour with Alcatraz Cruises.

Reviews for the WharfPass are very positive. More than 230 commenters at their site have rated the pass 4.5 out of 5 stars.

The San Francisco Wharf Pass is no longer available. Vacation Pass recommends the Go San Francisco Pass as a step up. It includes most of the attractions (plus about 20 more) and is in the same price range.

SPECIAL NOTE: The San Francisco Wharf Pass is no longer offered. We suggest you try a San Francisco CityPass, Go SF Card or San Francisco Flexi Attractions Pass.

What’s Good?

You can purchase the WharfPass online ahead of time, or upon arrival in San Francisco at locations in Union Square or at the Wharf.

The san Francisco WharfPass is great for families. Each person gets their own pass, and can split up and see different attractions if they choose.

What Could get better?

If you want the Alcatraz Cruise upgrade, you have to purchase the WharfPass first, and then purchase the upgrade separately—either by phone or in person at the Alcatraz Cruise ticket booth.

The San Francisco tours and attractions are a lot to pack in to one days. We really recommend you buy a Go San Francisco Card or San Francisco CityPass instead.

The WharfPass kids’ ticket is good for ages 5-11, but kids who are 3 or 4 will still need a Aquarium by the Bay.

Get Your Money’s Worth

The pass comes with almost 50 additional savings offers that you can use before or after activating the two-day WharfPass. Offers include money off wine country excursions, dining tours, bike tours, and more.

Wharf Pass Insider Tips

One online commenter suggests parking in Fisherman’s Wharf’s long term lot and then having your parking ticket validated after dinner.

Pack layers! Even on hot days, it can be cold on the water.
