Notes

New York City has three different passes that all offer a very different, high-quality experiences. Choosing the one that is right for you depends on what you plan on doing and how long your visit is.

If you want highlights of the City, you should consider the New York CityPass. All the inclusions are top-notch, must see attractions.

For the immersive experience, the New York Pass is your best bet. It includes everything on CityPass and a lot more. It also works on the all you can eat model where you can go to as many tours and attractions as you can fit into a day. Some unique things NY Pass has are Manhatten by Sail, NY Skyride, TV and Movie Site Tour, and the Whitney Museum. Your savings potential is greatest on this pass.

The New York Explorer Pass can save you a lot of money, but only if you are interested in the more expensive attractions that are included. It works diffferently. You buy a 3-10 entrances and you have as much time as you need to go to them (30 days). You don’t need tp pick your attractions and tours before you get to the city but you should have an idea as what you want to see. You will only save money if you do a mix of the “must-see” attractions along with some of the more expensive inclusions. Some popular , expesive inclusions are, Ripleys Believe it or Not!, Woodbury Commons, Twighlight cruise, Sex and the City Tour, Upper and Lower Manhatten Tour, Hop-On Hop-Off Downtown Tour and Gossip Girl Tour
